The new management company is great!! Tammy and Antonio are always available to help with any issues, and the maintenance team is amazing as well! We had a leak late one evening and Eric came over right away to take care of it.

Eric the new maintenance manager is extremely helpful, kind, and quick to help! Also, Tammy is very helpful and quick to respond, and makes herself available! I've lived here for almost 6 years, and this new management is definitely the most helpful and caring!

Great lil spot to live, quiet and cozy! The ocean is only 1 mile away too. And Smart and Final is just across the street! To conveniently put it, one doesn't really need a car whilst living here! That's good because the parking for guests is nearly always full.
