In alignment with California real estate advertising standards and legislation (including Assembly Bill 723), we believe in full transparency regarding the visual representation of our apartment communities. ​

Use of Digitally Enhanced Imagery ​

To help you visualize the layout, spacing, and potential of our apartment homes, some images on our community websites may utilize digital enhancements. These enhancements are designed to show a property's maximum potential and may include: ​

  • Virtual Staging: Adding digital furniture, window treatments, appliances, or decor to vacant spaces. ​
  • Cosmetic Adjustments: Digitally rendering alternative wall colors, flooring types, or interior/exterior finishes. ​
  • Visual Enhancements: Optimizing blue skies, landscaping aesthetics, or lighting to showcase the property at its best.​​


Our Transparency Commitment ​

Whenever a digitally enhanced or virtually staged image is used on a Sunrise Management community website, we commit to the following compliance standards:

1) Clear Disclosures: A conspicuous notice (such as "Digitally Enhanced" or "Virtually Staged") will be placed on or immediately adjacent to the image. ​

2) Access to Originals: For every materially altered image, we will provide the original, unaltered photo directly within the photo gallery sequence or via a clear reference link so you can evaluate the property’s current, physical state. ​​

Basic image adjustments—such as professional lighting corrections, color balancing, cropping, or straightening that do not materially alter the physical features or condition of the apartment—are exempt from these specific disclaimers. ​
